ANGELA AADAHL
Founder | CAMBIO
Angela spent the first 10 years of her career in organizational and programmatic leadership. Most recently she worked with the President/CEO of a foundation in Texas leading strategy and innovation. Her side hustle—life coaching.
She started CAMBIO because she recognizes the need for organizations to evolve and adapt in dynamic and healthy ways. Her strategic mind and attention to human and organizational development set her apart from other strategy and management consultants.
With CAMBIO, Angela leads strategic planning for an organization with an annual operating budget of nearly $20 million, and she works with several small non-profits shaping their vision and mission. She facilitates annual leadership retreats for multi-national companies, and she designs and project-manages several community-based initiatives.
